Six Week Challenge

Here is some helpful information before you start the program.

  • You Must be at least 50 years of age or older.
  • Please commit to the entire length of the program.
  • Be aware that there will be some strenuous workouts and challenges.
  • You do not need to come with any experience in the gym.
  • Designed for all abilities from beginner to advanced levels!

Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan. The program does not work without your consistency and effort. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan.

I can’t begin to express my great delight in the fact that as a result, my back no longer hurts. In spite of having a reasonably active lifestyle which includes dancing and horseback riding, often after spending time sitting at my computer at home my back would be painful. I am happy to report that is no longer the case.  A great big thank you to co-owners Bruno and Travis. I especially appreciate that you are so encouraging.  The classes can be hard, but they are always fun.  Everyone seems to be nice. And you’re not trying to exercise alone, which I always found to be deadly.
