At Still Got it we help the 50+ community create optimum health, greater longevity, and independence by providing the right exercise and dietary habits for their individual needs in a friendly atmosphere.
Bruno Perron, Owner
Bruno Perron has over 27 years of experience in the personal fitness industry and more than 28,000 individual training sessions. He has a BA in physical activity from the University of Ottawa and an MA in Kinesiology from Universite de Sherbrooke. Bruno is one of the countries top professional trainers.
If this is not enough Bruno has certifications in the “American Council of Exercise” and “Red Cross cardiopulmonary resuscitation program.”
He has volunteered for several years as a head hockey coach for the Bay Harbor Red Wings and as an assistant coach for the Palos Verdes Mustangs Pop Warner football program.
What sets Bruno apart from others is his great desire to offer the best quality fitness programs to achieve optimum health in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Travis Graham, Owner
Travis Graham has been a personal trainer at South End Health & Racquet Club for five years and has his National Academy of Sports Medicine certification, which is one of the most difficult certifications in the industry. He also has a CPR/AED certification through the American Heart Association.
Mr. Graham’s higher education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Biola University in La Mirada, California and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
After several years in the commercial real estate industry, he turned back to his first love, fitness. After a brief discussion, Both Travis and Bruno realized they had the same ambition and needed to pursue their dream of serving the senior fitness market so that they can achieve optimum health.
Mr. Graham is married to Jennifer, and they have three children, Alton aged ten, Charlotte aged five, and Amelia, aged two.
Karen Lewis, Yoga Instructor
Karen Lewis is a certified Fitness Instructor that has been teaching classes in the South Bay for more than 26 years. She has multiple primary certifications, including ACE, AFAA, and the Functional Aging Institute.
She also holds certifications from SilverSneakers, YogaFit, Step Reebok, NIA Mind/Body Dance, and cycling. She is a U.S. Navy veteran and also works as an inpatient Pharmacy Technician at a local hospital.
Karen has a passion for working with the 50+ population that has brought her extreme satisfaction and joy while helping to improve the quality of life and optimum health for members everywhere.
She teaches both Balance & Mobility, and the yoga classes here at Still Got It Fitness. She loves getting to know and work with many of our members.
It is essential to Karen that we can focus on our member’s individual needs and that your exercises and movements can be modified if you have chronic joint pain or joint replacement.
Leilani Aquino, Massage Therapist
Hi! My name is Leilani Aquino, and I’m a certified massage therapist.
I have been in the massage therapy field since 2008 and had a background in sports, injury rehab/prevention, and pain relief. I have worked with a few chiropractors and spa teams in the Greater Los Angeles area to expand my scope of practice and also while providing home and office visits, it’s a constant cycle of learning and teaching due to the needs of each client that I see.
My first experience with massage therapy was receiving it as part of my prescription when I was recovering from a work injury in 2000 – low back strain, and again in 2003 – 2 bulging disks between my L4 - S1 vertebrae. I paid attention to how my body responded to the massage therapy along with complementary treatments such as – chiropractic adjustments, heat/cold treatment, and strengthening and stretching program.
I also noticed how calm I felt after a session, truly a mind and body connection. Because of my own experiences with injuries and having a busy schedule, I can relate to clients when they describe how their bodies feel and how they feel like a whole – stressed, anxious, sore, etc.
It’s a significant trait to be able to connect with clients and being able to add value to their lives that have a positive effect on their overall well being. I’m genuinely pursuing my purpose by using what I was given to serve as many people as possible with the time I am given.
Dan Speltz, PWR Certified Trainer
Hello everyone my name is Dan Speltz, and I am the newest member of the team at Still Got It. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and explain my background in the fitness field. I have a Master’s of Science Degree in Physical Education, and I teach at two local community colleges. I am also a personal trainer with 27 years of experience. Currently, I have shifted my focus in training to work with people who have Parkinson’s Disease (PD).
Dr. Marita Paul, Wellness Program Director
Dr. Marita Pall is a Swedish-trained physician with over Twenty-Five (25) years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received a PhD in women’s hormonal issues in 2000. In 2003, Dr. Marita obtained a post-doctoral research position in the US and managed several clinical research studies and is the author of many scientific publications.
During her clinical practice, the importance of healthy living and disease prevention became very evident. Dr. Marita maintains her practice as a Medical Doctor in Sweden and Norway. In the United States she works as a Nutritionist, Doctor of Natural Medicine and Health Educator.

Stay fit with these great workout videos. You can easily do these workouts in the privacy of your home. They are easy to do, but extremely beneficial to your health!
