Get Fit For Life

Group Classes

We offer both cardio and strength training classes. Improve coordination, build total body strength, and improve balance. All classes are designed by Certified Functional Aging Specialists. Classes can accommodate all fitness levels.

personal training

Semi-Private Training

We group 2-4 people together and put them through a custom designed strength training program that fits each individual’s goals and needs. Your trainer will work with you to make sure you reach your goals.

Balance and Mobility

These classes incorporate various exercises that are designed to improve functionality, confidence in movement, and stimulate muscular control. We utilize light weights and balancing movements through all planes of motion that help strengthen the primary muscles which will activate when we stumble or trip.

With years of coaching experience, I’ve learned how to constantly test and tweak my training methods to find the best formula for my busy clients to transform their lifestyle and feel 10 years younger.

And now, after years of experimenting, I think I’ve finally put together the perfect combination of training and accountability for actively aging adults.
