We’ll begin with simple exercises.
- Standing on one leg.
- Walking heel to toe.
As your balance improves we add more advanced movements.
- Leg swings
- Standing on one leg but with your eyes closed.
- Balancing on uneven surfaces.
Our fitness coaches know how to incorporate many different balance challenges that will be appropriate for your level.
Strength & Stamina
Muscle mass and strength decline more rapidly as we age. It begins at a 40 and progressively declines as we age.
The good news is that by incorporating strength training into your exercise program, you can stop that decline!
We have specific machines that are designed to reproduce movements you will perform in your everyday life.
Over time you will see improvement in the following areas.

Training with resistance equipment is designed to protect the joints and support your body. Our professional staff will make sure that specific muscle groups are targeted for your maximum benefit.
Movement is your ability to move in different ways in any environment. It includes getting up & down, getting around obstacles, or when you’re browsing a crowded farmers market.
Navigating the world we live in can be challenging. But we can help!
Balance and mobility training will involve movements and exercises that are dynamic and fun.
We will go step by step. As soon as you have mastered one skill, we shift gears and go to another one. We will incorporate a different platform or device. When you challenge your body, you will see significant improvement in your mobility and balance.
Our goal is to get you to a place where you will not have trouble doing what you want to do!
